Terms and Conditions for Online Electric Motorcycle Booking
This agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Vlektra (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and the customer (referred to as "you" or "your") for the online booking of an electric motorcycle.
1. Booking Process:
1.1. By placing an order and making an advance payment of 50,000 rupees, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.2. Upon receipt of the advance payment, we will confirm your booking and reserve the selected electric motorcycle for you.
2. Payment:
2.1. The advance payment of 50,000 rupees is refundable if canceled before the delivery of the motorcycle.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid either by:
a) Cash payment at our showroom upon collection of the motorcycle, or
b) Bank transfer to the account number provided by us. The full payment must be received before the motorcycle is released to you.
3. Refund Policy:
3.1. Refunds of the advance payment are only available if canceled before the motorcycle delivery date.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 20 days upon cancellation, using the same payment method used for the booking.
4. Delivery:
4.1. The delivery date will be communicated to you upon confirmation of your booking and receipt of the full payment.
4.2. Customers in Karachi can pick up the motorcycle from our showroom.
4.3. For customers in cities other than Karachi, the delivery fee will be borne by the customer. The delivery fee will be communicated to you after obtaining quotes from third-party logistic services.
5. Cancellation:
5.1. In the event of cancellation by you before the delivery date, the advance payment of 50,000 rupees will be refunded.
5.2. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and refund the advance payment if we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranty and Service:
6.1. The electric motorcycle comes with a standard warranty as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
6.2. Any service or warranty claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
7. Liability:
7.1. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the use or inability to use the electric motorcycle.
7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the motorcycle.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Vlektra reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
